Juice Bar at LVAC Membership Terms of Service

These Membership Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of any membership offered by Juice Bar at LVAC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a membership, including but not limited to the Juice Pass, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to the Juice Pass membership and all current and future membership programs offered by Juice Bar at LVAC, whether marketed under the same or a different name.

• The Juice Pass membership fee is $49 per month, unless otherwise stated.
   
• You will be charged immediately upon enrollment.
   
• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
   
• The Company reserves the right to modify membership pricing, fees, or billing structure at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles after notice is provided.
   

• Membership benefits, perks, discounts, rewards, and promotions are determined solely at the discretion of Juice Bar at LVAC.
   
• The Company reserves the right to add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any membership benefits, discounts, or promotions at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
   
• Changes to membership benefits do not entitle members to refunds, credits, chargebacks, or price adjustments.
   

(This language directly supports Square dispute decisions by establishing discretion, non-guaranteed benefits, and no refund entitlement.)

• You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting the cancellation form available on our website.
   
• Cancellation requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.
   
• Your membership will remain active until the end of the then-current billing cycle.
   

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
   
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
• No pro-rated refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused benefits.
   

• Memberships are personal to the individual subscriber and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or used by any other person.
   
• Any attempt to share or misuse a membership constitutes a violation of these Terms.
   

• Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent use of a membership may result in immediate termination without notice and without refund.
   
• Juice Bar at LVAC reserves sole discretion to determine what constitutes abuse or misuse of a membership.
   

Juice Bar at LVAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct the Company deems inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to its business or customers. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

• All products and services are consumed or used at your own risk.
   
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juice Bar at LVAC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damages arising from the purchase or consumption of products or participation in membership programs.
   
• In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the membership during the preceding one (1) month.
   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

• YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
   
• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your membership, or your relationship with Juice Bar at LVAC shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and not in a court of law.
   
• Arbitration shall take place in the State of Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
   
• Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by applicable law.
   

Juice Bar at LVAC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any membership following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Juice Bar at LVAC regarding memberships and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
